What should we do to lose weight, to build our muscles, to become healthier , stronger and better looking person.
We can start running, do pushups, start with some diets, but results are unpredictable. Maybe we will have great result, but this is hart to believe.
Why to lose time, energy and maybe motivation if we don’t have expected results.
The best way is to find some experienced consultant or trainer. They will not only show us how to do all of this exercises (that we have better and quicker results and not to injured our self) but also will motivate us to do and be regular.
So look for some local fitness centre and ask for trainer or coach. With them everything will be faster , easier and with better results.
If you don’t want to go to gym, find some good book or video course. There are plenty on the market.
Figure out what do you want, how much time you have and write you plan. Stick to the program and work hard. Every beginning is not easy, but think on end result.
Think about healthier and better looking body, how you are going to be full of energy and with high spirit.
